Lojamrshop is committed to providing you with high-quality fashion and apparel. If youre not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Return and Refund Policy.

If you wish to return an item, please request a return by emailing us at [email protected]. Your request should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as undergarments and swimwear.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

For our international customers, please be aware that any customs duties or taxes incurred on returns are your responsibility.
